i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 2 months im still sceptical, just less so
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like
unrelated but is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
thats the phase 3 one
€38 for a 40 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first

the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave
5 in 1ml gives 10mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round, we shall see
you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could

held at 12 for 3 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
noticed something around week 15 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect
cagrisema thats it
REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, take that with a pinch of salt
