Highlights from this day
  • pbs_pip — the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first 11:41
  • VialBot — Reminder set. I will post here in 6 days. 12:00
  • kev_measures — amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist 13:17
  • pbs_pip — 5 in 0.5ml gives 2.5mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round, i could be wrong 13:59
  • kev_measures — i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something 14:39

KM

i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me

PP

quick one i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 20 months im still sceptical, just less so

KM

KM

if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way

back after 3 months, is monotherapy still a minority thing here

PP

has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work

TT

£240 for a 2 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses

PP

5 in 0.5ml gives 2.5mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round, i could be wrong

KM

i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something

TT

did anyone add this to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both
