SS

monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work

TA

monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside

i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something

BW

stopped for 24 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose

RR

does the fullness effect fade the way appetite suppression does

[edited]
BW

the fullness effect hasnt faded over 1 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve, not advice obviously

VB

Assay note: MKM lot SG-1177 reported at 99.4% of label content.

TA

changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing

*PeptideMeter not the other one

NA

noticed something around week 19 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to, we shall see

titrating dead slow

cant separate them

VO

i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 7 months im still sceptical, just less so

DE

the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first

DE

monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected

MC

i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which

🧪5❤️5

right so amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right
