added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible

while im here i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 1 months im still sceptical, just less so
titrating dead slow
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule
amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right
ok so anyone holding at 1 for a while before stepping
thats the phase 3 one
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect, we shall see
£240 for a 15 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
held mine a while
underwhelming honestly
unrelated but monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work
is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here
[edited]does amylin do something about fullness that the GLP-1 doesnt
went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
whats the recon people use, 40 in 2ml
combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere, ill dig out the number
monotherapy here
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like
slower than the others
two PeptideMeter results on the same QSC lot came back 99.2 and 99, closer than i expected
did anyone add this to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both
has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
noticed something around week 16 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
follow up the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave
REDEFINE is the trial
anyone dosing this on a different day to their semaglutide
separate days
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing, still working it out
genuine question dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 19 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
fullness rather than nausea
cant separate them
is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation
you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could
cagrisema thats it
