held at 10 for 6 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
#cagrilintide 2026-01-12
- underfill_uma — the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave lost 63lb over 14 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it 13:30
- underfill_uma — update on the earlier thing added it to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible 13:31
- ferritin_fay — $55 for a 10 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses 16:42
the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave

update on the earlier thing added it to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 26 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
anyone got two VendorInvestigate results on the same WXT lot for this
does amylin do something about fullness that the GLP-1 doesnt
underwhelming honestly
anyone dosing this on a different day to their tirzepatide
2 in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round, anyway
does the fullness effect fade the way appetite suppression does
is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
did anyone add this to an existing cagrilintide dose rather than starting both
unrelated but anyone holding at 12 for a while before stepping
quick one went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
REDEFINE is the trial
slower than the others
how slow are people titrating this compared to cagrilintide
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
amylin not glp-1
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first
$55 for a 10 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
titrating dead slow
monotherapy here
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which
whats the recon people use, 20 in 1ml
did the nausea feel different to you or just less
[edited]how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
