fullness rather than nausea
#cagrilintide 2026-01-31
- u100_pat — is the weekly schedule the same here 18:11
- a1c_lag — the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first 18:53
- u100_pat — the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair 18:59
- a1c_lag — update on the earlier thing the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave 19:35
- mid_week_mo — its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake 20:23
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
is the nausea profile genuinely different or am i imagining it
underwhelming honestly
is the weekly schedule the same here
how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
amylin not glp-1
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first

update on the earlier thing the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave
while im here i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
titrating dead slow
its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
weekly for me, same day every week, no reason beyond habit
