- lot_number_lou — the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent 21:00
- cmp_baseline — REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, ask me again in a month 21:01
- acetate_ash — is the slower titration because of nausea or something else 22:13
- lot_number_lou — monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected 22:27
is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
does the fullness effect fade the way appetite suppression does
the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent
REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, ask me again in a month
held mine a while
titrating dead slow
combination for me
is the weekly schedule the same here
back after 9 months, is monotherapy still a minority thing here
cant separate them
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
monotherapy here
[edited]i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 2 months im still sceptical, just less so
underwhelming honestly
the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave
held at 2.5 for 8 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
cagrisema thats it
went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
*Janoshik not the other one
right so combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere
$38 for a 20 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
