is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others

LN

the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent

CB

REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, ask me again in a month

cant separate them

AA

i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 2 months im still sceptical, just less so

TT

the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave

AA

held at 2.5 for 8 months on monotherapy before i touched it again

is the slower titration because of nausea or something else

how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination

CB

went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information

*Janoshik not the other one

right so combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere
