- month_six_me — nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like 23:20
- month_six_me — the fullness effect hasnt faded over 5 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve 23:23
- lean_mass_lex — the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave, someone check my working 23:45
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 5 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
monotherapy here
underwhelming honestly
fullness rather than nausea
dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 26 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 6 months im still sceptical, just less so
ok so is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule, i could be wrong
held at 2.5 for 7 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
two Janoshik results on the same TFC lot came back 99.4 and 98.6, closer than i expected
the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave, someone check my working
REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, not advice obviously
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 17 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
different not less
