went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
#cagrilintide 2026-04-14
- alt_ast_ali — stopped for 20 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose 18:25
- alt_ast_ali — for the archive you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could 18:41
- taipei_tare — sorry to jump in held at 5 for 4 months on monotherapy before i touched it again, i have it written down somewhere 18:56
- batch_bandit — for the archive REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, i have it written down somewhere 19:49
- monoisotopic — i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me 21:52
stopped for 20 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose
monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 15 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first
for the archive you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect, ill dig out the number
anyone dosing this on a different day to their tirzepatide
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
slower than the others
sorry to jump in held at 5 for 4 months on monotherapy before i touched it again, i have it written down somewhere
combination for me
different not less
update on the earlier thing its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
is the nausea profile genuinely different or am i imagining it
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 23 months im still sceptical, just less so
is the weekly schedule the same here
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere
two PeptideMeter results on the same JEEP lot came back 98.6 and 99.4, closer than i expected
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule
underwhelming honestly
amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right
noticed something around week 6 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave
thats the phase 3 one
for the archive REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, i have it written down somewhere
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist
anyone got two Janoshik results on the same GL Biochem lot for this
has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work
is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here
lost 17lb over 23 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it
how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
how slow are people titrating this compared to tirzepatide
i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which
held at 2.4 for 5 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
fullness rather than nausea
does amylin do something about fullness that the GLP-1 doesnt
back after 11 months, is monotherapy still a minority thing here
weekly for me, same day every week, no reason beyond habit
dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 26 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 13 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
cant separate them
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
