Highlights from this day
  • warsaw_vial — is the slower titration because of nausea or something else the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing 14:41
  • evidence_or_not — dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect 15:22
  • private_script_pri — went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information 18:40

is the slower titration because of nausea or something else

whats the recon people use, 10 in 1ml
stopped for 20 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose

WV

follow up dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 14 months, appetite held but weight barely moved, take that with a pinch of salt

back after 3 months, is monotherapy still a minority thing here

anyone dosing this on a different day to their semaglutide

noticed something around week 12 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to

its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake

dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect

amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right

lost 41lb over 1 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it

WV

i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me

anyone got two Medutest results on the same WXT lot for this

DD

is the weekly schedule the same here
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 25 months im still sceptical, just less so

DD

the fullness effect hasnt faded over 4 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve

did anyone add this to an existing cagrilintide dose rather than starting both

FT

two Medutest results on the same FGP lot came back 98.1 and 99.2, closer than i expected

FT

for the archive the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent

is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here

monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected

*Medutest not the other one

monotherapy here

NP

i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which

combination for me

$72 for a 15 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses, we shall see

amylin not glp-1

anyone stopped the GLP-1 and kept only this
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing

PS

went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information

AA

the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule

VI

i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something, take that with a pinch of salt

AA

CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it

VI

held at 12 for 7 months on monotherapy before i touched it again, anyway

separate days
