i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 26 months im still sceptical, just less so
unrelated but has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work
quick one i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which

whats the recon people use, 40 in 1ml
combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere
how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, for what its worth
the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair
held mine a while
monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work

follow up added it to an existing cagrilintide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible

update on the earlier thing 20 in 1ml gives 4mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round
