monotherapy here

Cagrilintide monotherapy, dose ranging. The combination trials came later.

i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which

anyone got two VendorInvestigate results on the same QST lot for this

anyone dosing this on a different day to their tirzepatide

held mine a while

i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
€38 for a 5 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses

the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing

held at 12 for 4 months on monotherapy before i touched it again, take that with a pinch of salt

stopped for 6 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose

the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first, ill dig out the number

did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming

i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 17 months im still sceptical, just less so

its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake, still working it out

slower than the others
