if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way
dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 8 months, appetite held but weight barely moved

monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing
