#dosing-titration 2024-12-10

Tuesday13 messages5 participantstimes are UTC
Highlights from this day
  • identity_shift — i hold for two months minimum before i decide a dose has stopped doing anything, happy to be corrected 19:03
  • belfast_bac — genuine question plateau versus set point is not answerable in under six months of data, happy to be corrected 19:10
  • abdo_two_inch — i escalate on symptoms. if the current dose is still doing something i stay on it, i have it written down somewhere 20:32
  • abdo_two_inch — holding is not failing. most people here who lasted two years held at least one dose for months 20:34
  • abdo_two_inch — my rule: if a side effect is still there at day five, i hold. if it clears by day three, i step, i could be wrong 21:03

anyone tracked whether a smaller more frequent dose changed their side effects

AT

i escalate on symptoms. if the current dose is still doing something i stay on it, i have it written down somewhere

if it "stopped working after four days" that is almost never pharmacokinetics, ymmv

my rule: if a side effect is still there at day five, i hold. if it clears by day three, i step, i could be wrong
