coming back to this update question: did anyone who held for 16 months regret it

PP

coming back to this dose day drift is mostly harmless with a weekly compound, but pick a day and defend it

if the current dose is still working, going up is spending headroom you might want later
small steps are better than big ones and the only reason people take big ones is impatience

if i took it 2 days late do i shift the schedule or go back to the old day

U-100 syringe: 1 unit = 0.01 ml
  10u = 0.10 ml
  25u = 0.25 ml
  50u = 0.50 ml
 100u = 1.00 ml
mg drawn = ml drawn x mg/ml
⚠️1

stepping back down on purpose is a completely reasonable move and this channel should say so more often

split dosing has no trial behind it. people here do it and report on it, thats all

*PeptideMeter not the other one

right so the ladder in the trials is a starting point, not a schedule you owe anyone

appetite returning at the end of the week is extremely common and is not the dose failing

the trials escalated on a fixed schedule because a trial has to. you are not a trial

sorry to jump in my titration ladder took 4 months to climb and i would do it slower again

how do you decide between holding and stepping when both feel wrong

FU

genuine question do you count from injection day or from when you actually felt it

PP

i log dose, day, weight and one line about how the week felt. thats enough to make decisions on

GB

after a gap of more than about three weeks i restart one rung lower. thats my own rule, not advice

not advice

two weeks is nothing

MS

came down from a treatment dose to maintenance over about three months and it was uneventful

sorry to jump in if you are going up because the scale stalled for two weeks, wait. two weeks is noise

🔥6🤝5⚠️1

a missed week does not reset you, but going straight back to the top dose after a gap is how people get floored, someone check my working

thats anecdote

i went to the top of the ladder, felt no better than two rungs down, and came back. that is data for me and nobody else, i could be wrong

is it normal for appetite to come back at the end of the week

no trial for that

if it "stopped working after four days" that is almost never pharmacokinetics
appetite returning at the end of the week is extremely common and is not the dose failing

is there any actual reason to escalate every 4 weeks other than the trial did it

if i hold at 2 indefinitely am i losing anything

Purity check: no report on file for lot A-2601. Nothing logged either way.

FF

my rule: if a side effect is still there at day five, i hold. if it clears by day three, i step

wk 1-4    2.5mg
wk 5-8    5.0mg
wk 9-20   7.5mg   <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)

holding is not failing. most people here who lasted two years held at least one dose for months

PP

you do not have to escalate at all. that is a real option that gets forgotten

UU

is there a trial anywhere that studied twice weekly, or is it all anecdote

UU

while im here how do you tell a plateau from just being at your set point

update from 6 months ago: held at the same dose the whole time and still losing slowly

PP

i went from 2 to 15 and honestly could not tell the difference in appetite

🧊10😂13

anyone here split their weekly into two and would they do it again

the honest answer is that most of us are running protocols nobody has ever studied

🔥3🤝15
PP

update on the earlier thing nobody here can tell you what dose to be on and the ones who try get corrected

i hold for two months minimum before i decide a dose has stopped doing anything

UU

i drifted from sunday to wednesday over a year and only noticed when i checked the log, not advice obviously

with a roughly seven day half-life you are near steady state after about five weeks at a dose

😂3🧪2

does a missed week reset anything or do you just carry on
