- first_month_fi — sorry to jump in the ladder in the trials is a starting point, not a schedule you owe anyone 14:58
- thirty_one_g — update on the earlier thing split dosing has no trial behind it. people here do it and report on it, thats all 15:38
- thirty_one_g — my dose day has drifted 6 days later over 15 months, does it matter 18:06
- homa_ir_hugo — after a gap of more than about three weeks i restart one rung lower. thats my own rule, not advice, i think 19:11
held for months
sorry to jump in the ladder in the trials is a starting point, not a schedule you owe anyone
update on the earlier thing split dosing has no trial behind it. people here do it and report on it, thats all
the honest answer is that most of us are running protocols nobody has ever studied
is there a trial anywhere that studied twice weekly, or is it all anecdote
pick a day and stick to it
the people who do best here are almost always the ones going slowest
my dose day has drifted 6 days later over 15 months, does it matter
i jumped a rung once to catch up after a supply gap and it was a bad week. would not repeat
after a gap of more than about three weeks i restart one rung lower. thats my own rule, not advice, i think
i have been at 1 for 12 months and honestly i have stopped wanting to move
if it "stopped working after four days" that is almost never pharmacokinetics
hold
is there any actual reason to escalate every 4 weeks other than the trial did it
update question: did anyone who held for 24 months regret it
