#dosing-titration 2026-03-16

Monday52 messages10 participantstimes are UTC
Highlights from this day
  • noct.titrate — if i took it 2 days late do i shift the schedule or go back to the old day 21:25
  • chain_of_custody — if i hold at 5 indefinitely am i losing anything 22:03
  • mg_per_ml — my dose day has drifted 4 days later over 13 months, does it matter 22:42

thats anecdote

🧊1🙏2

*that should say weekly

my rule: if a side effect is still there at day five, i hold. if it clears by day three, i step

split dosing has no trial behind it. people here do it and report on it, thats all

two weeks is nothing

🧊4🔥2👍1

is there a point where going up stops buying you anything

pick a day and stick to it

has anyone gone up and then straight back down and been glad they tried

if i took it 2 days late do i shift the schedule or go back to the old day

BW

appetite returning at the end of the week is extremely common and is not the dose failing, n of 1 obviously

my titration ladder took 21 months to climb and i would do it slower again

do you count from injection day or from when you actually felt it

whats the longest anyone has stayed on one dose
the trials escalated on a fixed schedule because a trial has to. you are not a trial

i would hold

TT

after a gap of more than about three weeks i restart one rung lower. thats my own rule, not advice

whats the smallest step anyone has managed between doses

held for months

CO

the honest answer is that most of us are running protocols nobody has ever studied

❤️4

is week 23 too early to be thinking about the next step

update on the earlier thing dose day drift is mostly harmless with a weekly compound, but pick a day and defend it, take that with a pinch of salt

whats your rule for when a side effect means hold rather than push

update question: did anyone who held for 3 months regret it

if i hold at 5 indefinitely am i losing anything

go slower

end of week thing

RT

stepping back down on purpose is a completely reasonable move and this channel should say so more often, i have it written down somewhere

sorry to jump in how long did you hold at 15 before you moved up

you do not have to escalate at all. that is a real option that gets forgotten, n of 1 obviously

too early imo

NW

i jumped a rung once to catch up after a supply gap and it was a bad week. would not repeat

MP

nobody here can tell you what dose to be on and the ones who try get corrected

NW

the trials escalated on a fixed schedule because a trial has to. you are not a trial

MP

my dose day has drifted 4 days later over 13 months, does it matter

NW

for the archive is there a trial anywhere that studied twice weekly, or is it all anecdote

with a roughly seven day half-life you are near steady state after about five weeks at a dose

thats normal

NW

anyone tracked whether a smaller more frequent dose changed their side effects

for the archive i hold for two months minimum before i decide a dose has stopped doing anything
