TT

on the ladder question if i missed a dose mid-step do i restart the four weeks

SN

five weeks a step is what i do now, four is the label and five is what my second week kept asking for

TO

looking at my own notes here steady state is roughly five half lives, so about five weeks with a weekly compound, nothing here is medical advice

TO

is five weeks a step something people actually do or only talk about

SN

the ladder in the trials is a starting point, not a schedule you owe anyone, that is one ladder out of many

SN

step 8 update i went from 2.5 to 7.5 too quickly once and lost two weeks to feeling rough. never again, symptoms not calendar

small thing about timing i log dose, day, weight and one line about how the week felt. thats enough to make decisions on

a step has finished when the thing it was doing stops changing, and it took me a year to work that out, still at 12

TO

i wrote the ladder down with dates and it stopped me making the same decision twice
