Highlights from this day
  • lean_mass_lex — coming back to this protein per meal matters more than per day once you are eating tiny amounts. i aim for 30 grams a sitting 17:45
  • rotate_the_site — bioimpedance scales are a mood ring. they track how hydrated you are more than anything about fat cold food is easier. i eat a lot of things at fridge temperature now… 17:47
  • customs_owl — slightly off topic but a tin of tuna, a pot of yoghurt and a shake is 60 grams and about four minutes of work, not advice obviously 18:47
  • customs_owl — if you are at 700 calories a day that is the thing to fix before anything else. please eat more, not advice obviously 18:50
  • maintenance_mo — i lift three times a week and my lifts dropped about ten percent while losing, then came back up 19:16

greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, whey in milk. that is most of my protein and none of it needs chewing

CO

dexa twice a year if you can afford it. the cheap scale will tell you a new story every day and none of them are true
