PS

cold food is easier. i eat a lot of things at fridge temperature now and i cannot explain why that helps

OW

160 grams a day sounds enormous until you notice a chicken breast is 30 and a shake is 25, anyway

OW

resistance training twice a week, is that enough to hold lean mass

nobody here is your dietitian. we can tell you what we eat and what happened afterwards

VB

New independent result logged — JEEP, lot A-2601, purity 98.1% (PeptideMeter).

HH

genuinely, eat more. nobody here will congratulate you for 700 calories and we have all watched somebody get hurt by it

coming back after 10 months, what did people change about food that stuck

BB

a tin of tuna, a pot of yoghurt and a shake is 60 grams and about four minutes of work

VB

Verification log updated: QST — evidence added, status unchanged.

PS

bioimpedance scales are a mood ring. they track how hydrated you are more than anything about fat

HH

i lift three times a week and my lifts dropped about ten percent while losing, then came back up

RT

greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, whey in milk. that is most of my protein and none of it needs chewing

PS

fibre from food first, psyllium if food is not doing it. i went straight to the sachets and regretted it

you will feel weaker while losing. whether you actually are is a different question and only numbers answer it
