training update strength came back more slowly than i expected and it did come back, at about month 26, thirty grams is a rule of thumb

two sessions a week, still did anybody find strength came back slower than they expected
whats everyone doing for fibre because im struggling badly with it, or is that just me
update from 6 months ago: fixed my protein, the fatigue lifted, and i cannot prove those two are connected, happy to be corrected
coming back after 20 months, what did people change about food that stuck, no rush

not the dose day
please eat
sanity check is there a floor below which the calories stop being a diet and start being a problem
