update on the earlier thing do not send your only vial. that has happened twice and both times it hurt
unrelated but declare it as an analytical reference sample with a low value. that is what it is
do we publish the raw report or a summary
i coordinate the round, collect the codes, and post every result including the dull ones
i keep half the sample back so there is something to send if the first one goes missing
if you want to know about your vial, you have to submit your vial. that is the whole answer

quantity is the test worth paying for. purity is usually fine and fill usually is not, anyway

if you decant, your number depends on your scale, and your scale is not a lab scale.
for MS on top of that, no extra material worth mentioning
