- zoya_zeros — everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here 20:58
if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room, someone check my working

set a trigger weight
how quickly did appetite come back going from 1.7 to 7.5
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
thats SELECT
[edited]no official dose
regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says
dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly
coming back after 13 months of maintenance, is anyone interested in the numbers
anyone tried every ten days or every fortnight as a maintenance schedule
coming back to this protein went up during maintenance for me rather than down, which was completely counterintuitive
does anyone lift specifically to hold onto muscle now that theyre maintaining
i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it
im holding at 0.25 for maintenance and wondering whether i should be lower

FLOW is the one where they stopped and it came back isnt it, has anyone read the actual numbers
a 10mg vial at a 2mg maintenance dose is five weeks of doses, so my monthly cost roughly halved
no data on that
quick one i came off for four months, put 58 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers
thats fluctuation
*that should say weekly
holidays at maintenance are fine, i take the dose on the day and stop thinking about it
mine didnt hold
whats a realistic amount of regain to accept rather than panic about
same as a bp tablet
lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up
everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here
a 10mg vial at a 2mg maintenance dose is five weeks of doses, so my monthly cost roughly halved
nobody here can tell you whether to stop. we can tell you what happened to us when we did
Reminder set. I will post here in 4 days.
is this forever or is that just how it feels at month 15
come down slower than that
slightly off topic but cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower
protein up not down
[edited]how much protein were people eating at maintenance compared to while losing
i think about it the way i think about my blood pressure tablet, and that framing helped me more than anything else
i put 41 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round
is there any trial data at all on a lower frequency schedule
anyone gone off entirely and stayed off successfully
right so my range is 17 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain
appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it
lift twice a week
weekly not daily
whats your rule for when a fluctuation becomes a regain
STEP 4 is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion
i put 19 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round
harder than losing
mine held
