my range is 31 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain
does anyone lift specifically to hold onto muscle now that theyre maintaining

there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping
while im here update from 4 months ago: still at maintenance, still boring, which was always the goal, thats just me

a 10mg vial at a 2mg maintenance dose is five weeks of doses, so my monthly cost roughly halved, not advice obviously
while im here food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me
update on the earlier thing appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it
