everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here
how quickly did appetite come back going from 2.5 to 1
i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side, ymmv
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested
update from 24 months ago: still at maintenance, still boring, which was always the goal
if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room
thats fluctuation
right so i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand
ok so dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly
resistance training two or three times a week is what the room converged on and it is not glamorous
the food noise came back at the lower dose, does it settle again
right so is there any trial data at all on a lower frequency schedule
i came off for four months, put 98 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers
i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan
same as a bp tablet
cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower
im at goal and nobody has told me what happens next, whats the room doing
*Medutest not the other one
appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for
still at maintenance
i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud
the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve
