regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says, i think

AD

the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve

NA

coming back to this how much regain did people get in the first 20 months after stopping

AD

i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan

whats your rule for when a fluctuation becomes a regain

A1

holidays at maintenance are fine, i take the dose on the day and stop thinking about it

FT

quick one coming back after 26 months of maintenance, is anyone interested in the numbers

protein went up during maintenance for me rather than down, which was completely counterintuitive

there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping, we shall see

NA

for the archive lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up

RT

i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it

RT

quick one resistance training two or three times a week is what the room converged on and it is not glamorous

RT

two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation
regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says

RT

how much protein were people eating at maintenance compared to while losing
the honest answer to is this forever is that nobody knows and the drug only works while you are taking it

NA

sorry to jump in does anyone lift specifically to hold onto muscle now that theyre maintaining

there is no trial on every ten days or every fortnight. people here do it and report on it and that is all we have

RT

sorry to jump in i came off for four months, put 37 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers, ymmv

stopped 20 months ago and put 29 back on, what did people do at that point

come down slower than that

NP

i dropped from 12 to 1.7 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months, for what its worth

everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here, happy to be corrected

RT

i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand
i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose

RT

does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same €72 a month

RT

maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested

RT

set a trigger weight

OO

the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel, for what its worth

ST

food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me

appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it

FT

i put 45 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round

RT

if i go back up after regain does it work the same the second time
i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose
