food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me, we shall see

how much protein were people eating at maintenance compared to while losing

coming back after 10 months of maintenance, is anyone interested in the numbers
appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it
