my range is 4 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain

a 10mg vial at a 2mg maintenance dose is five weeks of doses, so my monthly cost roughly halved
no data on that
coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month
thats fluctuation
how do you decide youre actually at maintenance rather than just stalled
nobody here can tell you whether to stop. we can tell you what happened to us when we did
i think about it the way i think about my blood pressure tablet, and that framing helped me more than anything else
resistance training two or three times a week is what the room converged on and it is not glamorous
update on the earlier thing stopped 10 months ago and put 25 back on, what did people do at that point
two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation
i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side
same as a bp tablet
i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand, i think
appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for, from memory
update from 25 months ago: still at maintenance, still boring, which was always the goal
i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan
anyone tried every ten days or every fortnight as a maintenance schedule
does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same £55 a month
i put 4 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round
regain is expected
mine held
no official dose
everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here
appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it
i dropped from 10 to 7.5 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months
is maintenance different between cagrilintide and the others or is that all anecdote
how much regain did people get in the first 19 months after stopping
whats your rule for when a fluctuation becomes a regain
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
did anyone drop the dose for maintenance or just stay where they were
protein went up during maintenance for me rather than down, which was completely counterintuitive
holidays at maintenance are fine, i take the dose on the day and stop thinking about it, anyway
protein up not down
thats STEP 4
the honest answer to is this forever is that nobody knows and the drug only works while you are taking it
if i go back up after regain does it work the same the second time
i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose
is there any trial data at all on a lower frequency schedule
mine didnt hold
m0 118.4
m1 113.9
m2 110.2
m3 108.8
m4 108.1 <- the stall
m5 105.0
m6 101.6
m7 99.2harder than losing
regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says
quick one food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me
i came off for four months, put 90 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers, we shall see
maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested
went back up, no regrets
im holding at 2.5 for maintenance and wondering whether i should be lower
genuine question set a trigger weight
dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly
lift twice a week
is a maintenance dose a real clinical thing or something we invented between us
i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping
