if i go back up after regain does it work the same the second time

lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up

II

stopped 9 months ago and put 31 back on, what did people do at that point

appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for

the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel

II

how much regain did people get in the first 15 months after stopping

TT

coming back after 6 months of maintenance, is anyone interested in the numbers

two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation, thats just me

TT

nobody here can tell you whether to stop. we can tell you what happened to us when we did

TT

slightly off topic but how do you decide youre actually at maintenance rather than just stalled
