MC

lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up

if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room

resistance training two or three times a week is what the room converged on and it is not glamorous

MC

update from 8 months ago: still at maintenance, still boring, which was always the goal

im holding at 1 for maintenance and wondering whether i should be lower

holidays at maintenance are fine, i take the dose on the day and stop thinking about it
everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here

there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping
