went back up, no regrets

- back_from_away — coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody… 21:30

follow up lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up, i could be wrong
dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly
if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room
thats fluctuation
resistance training two or three times a week is what the room converged on and it is not glamorous
if i go back up after regain does it work the same the second time
mine held
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel, i could be wrong
the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve
harder than losing
am i the only one finding maintenance harder than losing was
come down slower than that
coming back after 1 months of maintenance, is anyone interested in the numbers
i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it
lift twice a week
there is no trial on every ten days or every fortnight. people here do it and report on it and that is all we have
regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says, happy to be corrected
regain is expected
maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested
coming back to this my range is 7 and i stopped calling anything inside that a regain
anyone gone off entirely and stayed off successfully
did anyone regret dropping the dose too fast
food noise coming back at a lower dose settled again after about four weeks for me
everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here, i could be wrong
two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation, i could be wrong
protein went up during maintenance for me rather than down, which was completely counterintuitive, ask me again in a month
how do you decide youre actually at maintenance rather than just stalled
coming down too fast was my mistake. top rung to the bottom rung inside a month and it was a bad month
lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up
m0 118.4
m1 113.9
m2 110.2
m3 108.8
m4 108.1 <- the stall
m5 105.0
m6 101.6
m7 99.2coming back to this i set a trigger weight instead of a target. if i cross it i go up a rung. that is my entire plan
no data on that
Recon calculator: 2mg in 1.5ml = 2mg/ml.
appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for
anyone tried every ten days or every fortnight as a maintenance schedule
appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it, anyway
for the archive i stayed at treatment dose for four months past goal and then came down slowly. that order was right for me
a 10mg vial at a 2mg maintenance dose is five weeks of doses, so my monthly cost roughly halved
for the archive SURMOUNT-1 is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion
