im at month 17 and doing well and feel strangely sad about it, is that a thing
i am kinder to myself now than i was when i was heavier, and that is not because of the number
nobody in this room thinks less of you for needing a medication. genuinely nobody
same at week 5

it is a loss as well as a relief and you are allowed to say both of those things
you are not the only person in here who has felt that, and i say that as somebody who was certain they were
update from 12 months ago: the flatness lifted, slowly, and i did not have to change anything to make it, n of 1 obviously
