RR

i am kinder to myself now than i was when i was heavier, and that is not because of the number

WT

nobody in this room thinks less of you for needing a medication. genuinely nobody

CO

it is a loss as well as a relief and you are allowed to say both of those things

RS

you are not the only person in here who has felt that, and i say that as somebody who was certain they were

thank you for saying it

feeling more emotional generally came up for me too and i took that to my gp rather than to a channel, i could be wrong

thinking of you

RS

how did people get through a long plateau without giving up entirely

i get anxious the night before a dose increase, so i take it in the morning now and sleep first

RR

if you are struggling in a way this channel cannot hold, please talk to a professional. we are not a crisis service and we know it

coming back to this the running out anxiety is real and worth naming. i keep a spare month in the fridge and i sleep better for it
