- power_through_no — i measured my waist and my walking pace during the plateau because both were still moving when the scale wasnt 14:17
- net_peptide — the fraud feeling faded for me somewhere around the point i had kept it off longer than i took to lose it, ill dig out the number 14:32
- relabel_watch — motivation has collapsed since the scale stopped moving, has anyone been here 14:36
- seven_five_sweet — somebody thanked me a year later for something i barely remember saying, and that is why i still read this every day 15:40
- relabel_watch — the food noise going quiet is the thing people are least prepared for. i sat in the kitchen at 8pm not knowing what i was for 16:37
does the quiet in your head ever feel like a loss rather than a relief
i keep waiting for it to stop working and the waiting itself is exhausting
the identity part is the hardest thing about this and it gets talked about least, which is backwards
i measured my waist and my walking pace during the plateau because both were still moving when the scale wasnt
same at week 5
that counts
the fraud feeling faded for me somewhere around the point i had kept it off longer than i took to lose it, ill dig out the number
thats grief honestly
hold on if you can. week three is not the whole experience and a lot of us nearly stopped right there
motivation has collapsed since the scale stopped moving, has anyone been here
feeling more emotional generally came up for me too and i took that to my gp rather than to a channel
anxious every time i go up a dose, is that a known thing or just me
comments about my body were harder to take than any side effect and nobody warns you about it
somebody thanked me a year later for something i barely remember saying, and that is why i still read this every day
how do you deal with somebody saying you took the easy way
the food noise going quiet is the thing people are least prepared for. i sat in the kitchen at 8pm not knowing what i was for
youre not alone in that
grieving food is real. it was my hobby, my comfort and about half of my social life
[edited]my mood dipped around week five and lifted by about week ten. i cannot tell you why either of those happened
flat is the word i used too. not sad exactly, just less colour in things for a while
