how do you stop reading every twinge as something serious
i cook more now than i used to, i just eat less of it, and that compromise saved that part of me
the identity part is the hardest thing about this and it gets talked about least, which is backwards, ill dig out the number
the shame eased when i stopped thinking of it as a shortcut and started thinking of it as treatment
[edited]my mood dipped around week five and lifted by about week ten. i cannot tell you why either of those happened
same at week 5
thats grief honestly
thinking of you
has anyone found a way to celebrate that isnt about a number
did anyone else grieve food a bit
update on the earlier thing i keep waiting for it to stop working and the waiting itself is exhausting
how do you deal with somebody saying you took the easy way
glad youre back
comments about my body were harder to take than any side effect and nobody warns you about it
feeling more emotional generally came up for me too and i took that to my gp rather than to a channel
we are a chat channel. good company, not clinicians, and it matters that we keep saying so
