somebody said the easy way thing to me and i just said it was not easy and changed the subject. it worked fine

grieving food is real. it was my hobby, my comfort and about half of my social life

the plateau nearly ended it for me. what got me through was logging something other than my weight

i read every twinge as something serious for the first three months and it does settle down, thats just me
