you are not a fraud. you took a treatment and it worked. that really is the whole story
if all you managed today was the dose and some water, that counts and i mean that

i read every twinge as something serious for the first three months and it does settle down, ill dig out the number

the running out anxiety is real and worth naming. i keep a spare month in the fridge and i sleep better for it

i came back at month 11 to say thank you and got a much warmer response than i expected

hold on if you can. week three is not the whole experience and a lot of us nearly stopped right there

the fraud feeling faded for me somewhere around the point i had kept it off longer than i took to lose it

genuine question somebody said the easy way thing to me and i just said it was not easy and changed the subject. it worked fine

i cook more now than i used to, i just eat less of it, and that compromise saved that part of me
