nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep
switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 3 months, still working it out

PIONEER was the original oral semaglutide programme and OASIS looked at the higher oral doses
i said 14 months ago that my oral results were random, they got consistent once i fixed the water, your mileage will differ
genuine question is the plain water rule actually load bearing or is it a formality
while im here the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet
OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two
splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log
