- half_life_hal — the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral 11:24
- surpass_two — plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly 12:29
- half_life_hal — my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings, thats just me 13:27
- vik_verifies — slightly off topic but the non peptide orals are the interesting part of this channel now, not oral semaglutide, ask me again in a month 14:01

[edited]went back to injecting
plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly
i use it because needles are a genuine problem for me, not because i think its better
how long before the oral did anything measurable for you
roughly one percent gets absorbed, which is why the tablet strength looks nothing like an injectable dose
PIONEER or OASIS, which one was the higher dose oral
ruined my breakfast
[edited]nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep, we shall see
SNAC raises the local pH and protects it long enough to cross, thats its whole job
my weekly log on oral is noisier than my injectable log ever was, same scales same mornings, thats just me
does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose
