while im here changed my mind on the plain water rule after reading how SNAC works, its not a formality

my oral results were inconsistent week to week and i eventually decided it was me, not the tablet

absorption is the variable, not the molecule. same tablet, different morning, different result

big mg small dose

NT

took mine with breakfast once by accident and that week was a write off, anyway

VV

the oral disappointed me on the mornings i couldnt manage 30 minutes fasted, which was most of them

TT

follow up is the inconsistency people report about the drug or about how they take it
the fasting rule cost me my breakfast routine and thats the real reason people quit the oral

OASIS ran under the same sort of fasting conditions, thats not the variable between the two

TT

plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly, thats just me

TT

update on the earlier thing switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 7 months

TT

i keep the tablet by the kettle so i take it before i think about food
