- reship_rita — does coffee count as plain water, asking for obvious reasons switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 12 months 13:07
- mg_per_ml — slightly off topic but is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules 15:55
- drawup_dee — did anyone get consistent results on the oral or is it always patchy 17:17
for the archive i take mine at 6am, is 30 minutes really enough
does coffee count as plain water, asking for obvious reasons
switched from injectable to oral, lost some of the effect, switched back after 12 months
update on the earlier thing did anyone find the oral easier on the gut than the injection
set a timer
the non peptide orals are the interesting part of this channel now, not oral semaglutide
oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me, not advice obviously
does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose
splitting a dose made the absorption problem worse rather than better in my own log, from memory
slightly off topic but is the non peptide thing why orforglipron doesnt need the fasting rules
sorry to jump in i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 1 months
thirty minutes, no cheating
slightly off topic but went back to injecting because the morning routine was too fragile around shift work
nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep
is the inconsistency people report about the drug or about how they take it
one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story
[edited]anyone tracking whether their oral results line up week to week
did anyone get consistent results on the oral or is it always patchy
