Highlights from this day
  • invoice_mismatch — the fasting window is the difference between a dose and a very expensive tablet 09:33
  • invoice_mismatch — i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that, still working it out 09:57
  • invoice_mismatch — update on the earlier thing one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story 09:59
  • invoice_mismatch — oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me 10:23
  • amsterdam_aliquot — unrelated but orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ 11:23
LL

anyone dosing oral because of a needle problem rather than preference

lost 16kg over 26 months on oral, slower than my injectable stretch, i stuck with it anyway

LL

is the plain water rule actually load bearing or is it a formality

*PeptideMeter not the other one

plain water only

not a peptide

follow up does taking it with any food at all just waste the dose

sorry to jump in i do 6am with water and eat at 7, thats been my routine for 11 months

while im here is the absorption variability why the oral doses look so high

i was wrong about the water amount, i was using a sip and it needs a lot more than that, still working it out

update on the earlier thing one percent is the number people quote and the spread around it is the actual story

mine was patchy too

oral was easier on my gut than injecting at what felt like a similar effect, which surprised me

AA

plain water only, about half a glass, then nothing for 30 minutes. i follow it exactly

nobody should copy my morning routine, but the timer is the bit i would keep

unrelated but orforglipron is a small molecule rather than a peptide, which is why the fasting conditions differ
