temperature of the diluent does not matter. how fast you push it in does
#reconstitution 2025-03-03
is it normal for the cake to look slightly collapsed on one side
right so aim the diluent at the glass wall, not at the powder. it goes in gentler
benzyl alcohol is what makes it bacteriostatic. it is about 0.9% typically
the jewellery scale is a good habit but calibrate it, they drift badly, for what its worth
thats fine
weigh it first
round numbers
anyone got a photo of what a properly dissolved vial looks like
what do you do with the last 50 units when you cant draw them cleanly
can i add more bac water later to a vial ive already reconstituted
i write the mg/ml on the vial with a sharpie the moment i reconstitute it
one unit is 0.01ml
read it at eye level
if i add 1.5ml to a 30mg vial what concentration am i actually at
sanity check my maths before i pin myself with something stupid
10mg in 1ml is 10mg/ml, so 2.5mg is 25 units. thats the one i use
it should be completely clear with no floaters. cloudy means stop
