- sulphur_burp — gross powder mass is not net peptide. water and counterion are in that number, for what its worth 14:43
- mhra_unlicensed — ok so lyophilised powder is far more robust than people think. it is the solution that is fragile 18:01
- swirl_not_shake — sorry to jump in sanity check my maths before i pin myself with something stupid give it 8 minutes at room temperature before you decide it has not dissolved 18:08
clear or bin it
gross powder mass is not net peptide. water and counterion are in that number, for what its worth
weigh it first
i swirl for about thirty seconds and then leave it. never had one fail to dissolve
5mg in 2ml gives 2.5mg/ml, 0.25mg is 10 units. good for a starting dose
read it at eye level
update on the earlier thing how long after reconstituting before its actually dissolved
ok so lyophilised powder is far more robust than people think. it is the solution that is fragile
bac water
anyone got a photo of what a properly dissolved vial looks like
sorry to jump in sanity check my maths before i pin myself with something stupid
give it 8 minutes at room temperature before you decide it has not dissolved
if you draw up with a bigger pin and inject with a fresh one you lose a bit more to dead space
