  • rotterdam_recon — nobody here should be telling you a dose. we can check your arithmetic, thats a different thing 05:51
  • vale_vials — took me a year to stop over-diluting. the measurement error at 4 units is worse than the convenience 06:09

15mg in 3ml is 5mg/ml. same numbers as 10 in 2, just more of it, happy to be corrected

VV

my 10mg vial weighed 11.4g on the jewellery scale, is that wrong

30mg in 3ml is 10mg/ml, so 5mg is 50 units. half the barrel, feels like a lot but its right

VV

took me a year to stop over-diluting. the measurement error at 4 units is worse than the convenience

do you let it come to room temp before drawing or draw it cold

nope, redo it

RR

i was wrong about this last year: it is fine to draw cold, it just stings more going in

BW

gross powder mass is not net peptide. water and counterion are in that number

a 3ml syringe for the diluent and a u100 for the dose is the setup most people here end up with

if the maths gives you 13.7 units, change the volume. do not try to hit 13.7
