i have never once regretted using a rounder number and a slightly bigger volume, from my notes not memory

- vacuum_vic — whats the actual shelf life once its in solution and who told you that number 18:59
i stopped using 1ml because the maths landed on halves. 5ml puts everything on a whole number, n of 1 obviously
lyophilised powder is far more robust than people think. it is the solution that is fragile, ask me again in a month
the vacuum will pull it in. let it. fighting it is how you get a face full of aerosol, before it goes back in the fridge
whats the shelf life once its in solution, roughly, even a rough answer helps
benzyl alcohol is what makes it bacteriostatic. it is about 0.9% typically, still working it out
give it 4 minutes at room temperature before you decide it has not dissolved
bacteriostatic
result came back bacteriostatic water for anything multi-use. sterile water has no preservative in it at all, thats with a 30G pin
a jewellery scale to 0.01g is enough to catch a 10% short fill and not enough to catch a 2% one, measure twice, draw once
the vacuum in a lyophilised vial is real. hold the plunger or it will pull the whole thing in, that was a 10mg vial
sanity check on a volume 5mg in 1ml is 5mg/ml, so 0.5mg is 10 units. cleanest small vial numbers there are, before it goes back in the fridge
thats 5mg/ml
one more on dead space bac water with benzyl alcohol if the vial is going to be opened more than about six times, that is the whole trick really
