15mg in 3ml is 5mg/ml. same numbers as 10 in 2, just more of it

if the powder is on the stopper, tap it down before you add anything. it will still dissolve either way, not advice, just my habit

one more on dead space the pinned calculator does the same arithmetic as the messages above it. use whichever you trust, i keep a note of it per vial

sterile water is fine for a one-shot vial and there is no bacteriostat to worry about
