anyone reconstituting 10 vials to 8 so the steps come out smaller

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule
buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely, from memory
the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does, n of 1 obviously
held mine ages
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
sat at 0.5 for 5 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch
is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme
slightly off topic but appetite suppression at 15 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point, ymmv
reconstituted the 15 vial to 5mg/ml specifically so i could take 0.5 without measuring crumbs
no long term data
how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use
[edited]*PeptideMeter not the other one
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
held at 1.7 for 21 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain, ymmv
how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind, for what its worth
triple agonist yeah
is the phase 2 dosing anywhere near what people here run
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
watching my heart rate
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual
i said 8 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
genuine question anyone stayed at 2.4 for months rather than climbing
stopped for 22 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
anyone logging resting heart rate on this
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
came off at 12 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
*week 25 not week 9
