cant feel it honestly
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data
lost 46kg over 5 months at doses well under what the trials used

the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting
my resting rate went up 3 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 7
logging rhr daily
