slightly off topic but does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel

- reta_resting_hr — i said 2 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since 19:22
- reta_resting_hr — anyone compared their VendorInvestigate purity across two different QSC lots 19:23
- ring_size_down — PeptideMeter came back 99.4 on one lot and 98.6 on the next from the same FGP, both fine 19:38
- hot_mailbox — follow up low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom 22:10
my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, did that settle for anyone
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me, still working it out
i said 2 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
anyone compared their VendorInvestigate purity across two different QSC lots
phase 2 only
baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)settled by month three
came off at 6 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
[edited]PeptideMeter came back 99.4 on one lot and 98.6 on the next from the same FGP, both fine
while im here stepping in 10 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely
the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
lost 36kg over 20 months at doses well under what the trials used
phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan
reconstituted the 20 vial to 10mg/ml specifically so i could take 10 without measuring crumbs
watching my heart rate
how long before people saw the first change at 2.4
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
logging rhr daily
held at 12 for 24 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
low and slow
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch
TRIUMPH is phase 3
genuine question appetite suppression at 15 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
is the GI worse than tirzepatide or about the same
no long term data
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists, still working it out
anyone stayed at 2.5 for months rather than climbing
Reminder for noct.titrate: dose day is today. Set 6 days ago.
Digest for the week of 2025-12-11 has been published.
is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope
follow up low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
baseline 58
