Highlights from this day
  • olive_orders — is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme 19:59
  • olive_orders — i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch 20:04
  • split_dose_sam — the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how… 20:08
  • split_dose_sam — blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect, for what its worth 20:25
  • split_dose_sam — sat at 2.5 for 9 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up 21:00

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

back after 13 months, has anything actually been published since

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

phase 2 only

OO

why does everyone insist on smaller steps here than on the other two

SD

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect, for what its worth

im at 2.4 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal

OO

appetite suppression at 0.5 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

smaller steps here

OO

TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

SD

sat at 2.5 for 9 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up
